You do not need to be in crisis to seek help.
ADULTS | ATHLETES | WORKING PROFESSIONALS | HOMEMAKERS
Many adults seek help when they feel persistently anxious, low, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. These experiences often build over time and are shaped by relationships, work stress, trauma, expectations, and long-standing inner patterns.
We work with adults experiencing:
- Depressive disorders and persistent low mood
- Generalised anxiety disorder and chronic worry
- Social anxiety and fear of judgement or scrutiny
- Panic disorder and recurrent panic attacks
- Phobic disorders
- Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma
- Bipolar affective disorder
- Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders
- Personality disorders
- Sleep disorders (insomnia, disrupted sleep–wake cycles, non-restorative sleep)
- Psychosomatic and stress-related conditions
- Alcohol and other substance use disorders
- Eating disorders and body image concerns (including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder)
Anxiety in adulthood often shows up in many forms — avoidance of social situations, sudden panic attacks, difficulty sleeping, or a constant sense of being on edge. Care focuses on restoring a sense of safety, confidence, and agency.
Treatment may include psychiatric consultation, medication management, and psychotherapy.

Academic and peer-related concerns are often deeply connected to a child’s emotional world. Difficulties with confidence, anxiety, attention, mood, or self-worth can quietly impact school performance and friendships. Our work focuses on understanding these challenges in context — not on labelling or blaming the child.
Care may include psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, parent guidance, school-related guidance, behavioural interventions, and medication when clinically indicated.
